Call me Rai.
I’ll be 26 years old before the year is out, yet I’ve yet to do anything that I could count as an achievement. I’ve seen so much in life, yet I’ve seen very little. I’ve done things some people would only think of in their wildest fantasies, yet I’m not proud of them.
I’ve mellowed out. A couple of decades too early, I reckon. The nights that lasted for days, the criminals, la vida loca; has been replaced with weeks-long staying at home in front of the PC, lazing about, online gaming; and now, after a very long time, writing. I’ve always done writing to some extent, but without the intent that I have this time around. That is, rather than document stuff like I did in the journal I used to keep, I mean to share. I’m not sure why, though. But if anything in this blog affects one person positively, in any small way, then that will have made my efforts worth it.
And I want to change. I need to. I want to. Not doing anything ‘bad’ doesn’t translate to being ‘good’.
Learn (hopefully) from my past and help me with my trip to the future. Fair trade?
